This Site is designed for educational purposes only and is to be used solely by licensed medical practitioners. IPAP is a resource developed for the sole purpose of presenting cognitive artifacts or tools of thought regarding algorithms and medication treatment sequencing recommendations. IPAP includes a lot of information on this Site, including articles, references and tools. While IPAP hopes you find the information helpful, you should remember that the Content (as defined below) on this Site is not meant to serve as a substitute for your own clinical judgment.

You should not use information from the Site to diagnose or treat a health problem, condition, illness or disease. Please do not send personal medical questions to IPAP. With respect to other communications to IPAP, IPAP does not guarantee that it will respond to all inquiries. You agree that you will not upload or transmit any communications that infringe or violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or that are defamatory, or that violate any party's privacy or publicity rights. Any failure by IPAP to enforce or exercise any provision of this Agreement within such period or related right shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Section 8. Severability.

If any clause or provision set forth above is determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under present or future law, then, in that event the clause or provision so determined to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable shall be severable without affecting the enforceability of all remaining clauses or provisions.

Section 9. Suspension or Termination of Use.

If you do not comply with these Terms, IPAP has the right to block, suspend or eliminate your access to this Site. IPAP may also take any legal action if, in its sole discretion, IPAP deems appropriate. If your violation of this Agreement causes harm to others, you agree to hold IPAP harmless against any liability for that harm.

Section 10. Governing Law; Venue.

The application of these provisions, disclosures and disclaimers and all other matters arising from your use of this Site or of any information you obtain from IPAP shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Tennessee. Any claims, disputes or other controversies relating to or arising from these provisions, disclosures and disclaimers or from your use of this Site or any information you receive from IPAP shall be brought exclusively in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, and you hereby expressly consent to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts.

Section 11. Languages and Translations.

IPAP controls and operates this Site from the United States of America. This Site is intended for use by United States residents only. If you are a non-U.S. resident, you may access this Site solely at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations, if applicable. IPAP makes no representation or warranty that any communications or Content on this Site are lawful in other jurisdictions or available for use in all jurisdictions, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. You may not access, download, use or export the Site or the Content in violation of U.S. export laws or regulations, or in violation of any other applicable laws or regulations.

This English-version of these Terms is IPAP's official agreement with users of this Site, which language shall be controlling in all respects. The original English version of these Terms or this Site may be translated into other languages and all other versions thereof in any other languages shall be for accommodation only.  Any translation of these Terms into another language shall have no interpretive effect.  Although translations in other languages of any of these Terms or this Site may be available, such translations may not be up to date or complete.  In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and any other language version of these Terms, the English language versions shall prevail.

The parties declare that they have required that these Terms and all documents related hereto, either present or future, be drawn up in the English language only.
